How do I connect WhatsApp?

Sign in with Facebook, complete onboarding, and use Meta Embedded Signup to connect your WhatsApp Business Account. No manual token entry needed.

Why isn't my automation sending messages?

Check that your workflow is Active, your WhatsApp integration is connected, and any templates used are Approved in Meta.

Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?

Yes, as long as it's registered with WhatsApp Business Platform via your Meta Business account.
